Your Responsibilities:
Analyze complex legal issues and develop defense strategies.
Prepare pleadings, discovery, and trial briefs.
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.
Present witnesses and evidence at trials and hearings.
Provide in-house training and participate in claims file reviews.
Qualifications:
Staff Attorney: Minimum 2 years of experience, JD from an accredited law school, licensed in California.
Sr. Staff Attorney: Minimum 5 years of experience, JD from an accredited law school, licensed in California.
Strong legal research, writing, and MS Office skills.
Positive, collaborative attitude and self-directed organizational skills.

Range: $123,360 - $185,040
The posted salary range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience.
