• We are looking for a full-time attorney with 2 + years Workers’ Compensation Defense experience handling a manageable case load.  

• Responsible for handling all aspects of workers’ compensation cases from opening through discovery and case conclusion, be it settlement or trial, and appeal.

• Requires strong critical thinking, written and oral communication, file organizational skills. Ability to prioritize all work tasks.  

• Must be able to interact well with all firm’s clients. Uninsured Employers and Lien litigation experience is a plus.
