You'll appear before California Workers' Compensation Boards in Marina Del Rey, Los Angeles, Van Nuys, and Oxnard, collaborating with our Attorney Staff and Claims Partners.

Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex legal issues and develop defense strategies.

• Prepare pleadings, discovery, and trial briefs.

• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel.

• Present witnesses and evidence at trials and hearings.

• Provide in-house training and participate in claims file reviews.

Qualifications:

• Staff Attorney: Minimum 2 years of experience, JD from an accredited law school, licensed in California.

• Sr. Staff Attorney: Minimum 5 years of experience, JD from an accredited law school, licensed in California.

• Strong legal research, writing, and MS Office skills.

• Positive, collaborative attitude and self-directed organizational skills.

Range: $123,360 - $185,040

The posted salary range reflects our ability to hire at different position titles and levels depending on background and experience.
