We are looking for a full-time attorney with 2 + years Workers’ Compensation Defense experience handling a manageable case load.
Responsible for handling all aspects of workers’ compensation cases from opening through discovery and case conclusion, be it settlement or trial, and appeal.
Requires strong critical thinking, written and oral communication, file organizational skills. Ability to prioritize all work tasks.
Must be able to interact well with all firm’s clients. Uninsured Employers and Lien litigation experience is a plus.
