We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Self-Insurance Program Manager to join our leadership team within the Insurance Services division. In this role, you will manage and oversee the Self-Insurance program, ensuring that self-insured employers meet the standards required to provide workers’ compensation coverage. You will work closely with some of the state’s largest employers and serve as the primary liaison between the Self-Insurance program, internal teams, and approximately 360 self-insured firms employing about 26% of Washington's workforce.

As part of this opportunity, you’ll collaborate directly with the Attorney General’s Office and our Chief Policy Officer (CPO) to analyze key court cases that impact workers’ compensation coverage.
