A successful addition to our team will need the following qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation Litigation, including depositions, court appearances, trial, drafting legal motions/trial briefs.

• Good standing in the California State Bar.

• Experience in legal research (LexisNexis a plus).

• Computer skills required to efficiently utilize case management system.

• Ability to prioritize and organize their own case load, with supervision from managing partner and/or senior attorneys.

• Ability to drive to and from court appearances, client meetings, etc. in Southern California, as needed.

• Ability to provide prompt and thorough communication with clients, opposing counsel, and the courts.

• Work well independently, but also willing and able to collaborate with clients and fellow attorneys to achieve the best results in each case.

• Strong sense of personal responsibility and commitment to providing excellent legal services.

This position has the option for remote work 2-3 days per week, so long as applicants are available and responsive during typical business hours. Reasonable billing requirements. Salary will be commensurate with experience, with a salary range of $100k – $195k plus performance-based bonuses. Future partnership opportunities for the right candidate.
