What You’ll Do:

• Represent employers, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in all aspects of workers’ compensation litigation.

• Handle cases from inception to resolution, including depositions, hearings, and trials.

• Provide strategic legal advice while maintaining a client-focused approach.

• Collaborate with a tight-knit, supportive team that values communication and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1+ years of workers’ compensation defense experience (or related legal experience).

• Licensed to practice law in CA and in good standing with the bar.

• A responsive team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for advocacy.
